Private message in general chat

Let's assume you want to tell something privately to a person you met in server without the need to add them or sending it to pm, maybe the person has turned off messages from people in the same server. So with few clicks you can privately send a message to the person while staying in general and only he/she can see it (it would be displayed in general like every other message for them). Also if they decide to spam you with those messages you can mute them for yourself.

  just tell them to open dms, this feature would defeat the purpose of not allowing other server members dm you
