Add all of the subsequent channels of another server that I own to my server and let them be blank in this server

So the idea is essentially taking another server that I own that has all of the other channels I want in that server or their titles at least and to put the channels in this server non-manually/automatically. so say I have one called '42' (no single quotation marks). And I want the channel called '42' and all of the other channels (but I don't want their content) I would like to have a copy server channel names or add server channel names function and pick server possibly using the server template function. And apply the server template function to the server, as well. And in doing so that adds the changes with their respective names to the server you selected and also should order them respectively according to how they positioned.
