Discord Support NEEDS a phone number!

I have had numerous complications with Discord these past several months, including having my main account hacked, a lot of payment problems, difficulties with nitro, etc and I am sorry to say that Discord Support has been quite inefficient and unhelpful with all the issues I was having. I believe that with a support phone number it would be so much better and helpful - or at least if not by phone, by live chat.

Similar to what I said before, I do not really see what the point is of having such a huge support team if the only medium you can contact them through is e-mail.
