Slight change to the commands for the new halloween bot

Have the command be changed to include the specific visitors name with a space. For example if Wumpus is visiting have the user put h!treat Wumpus or h!trick Wumpus instead of just the first half. This allows for users to actually have fun typing as most of the people in the community have gotten bored just waiting around with a copy pasted message.
