Channels with Pinned messages Visual Notification

We are using some text-channels as "to-do" list and pin messages with actions need to be done.

Can you please consider having a Clearly visible (not a tiny little dot) - visual notification on channel's name - if this channel contains inside some pinned messages?

So we can clearly visually distinguish channels with still not-done things which are still pinned.

The same with visual notification of Pinned messages - Inside text - when I scroll up/down I want clearly see pinned messages as you did for @MyNickName messages.
