Discord is not working for me.

When I turn on the discord application it burdens me, but instead of working normally I have a black background and nothing can be done. I uninstalled and installed, but it didn't help. I reset the computer and that didn't help either. I cleaned out all the disagreement files and installed them again, and then the same thing happens. I have no idea what it takes to fix this program, and I don't want to format it.

  I tried to fix the problem by going to windows xp pack 3 compatibility and besides not finding this option (because there are only W8 and W7 pack 1 and 2) I selected all and I couldn't fix it
