Make auto-welcome messages optional for the user

Hello, I'm aware you can join a server and delete the auto-welcome message. Problem is: I tried that in a couple of servers and even so, people notice you too quickly. So my suggestion is: once you click that join server button, Discord may ask whether you want an auto-welcome message for yourself or not.

Not everyone wants to be suddenly welcomed by a bunch of people. Sometimes you just want to lurk and chill, just like forums used to be.
