Subtractive permissions, and tier list like role hierarchy

I currently manage a private server that is growing close to having 50 people, and I would like to have roles which subtract permissions, like say I have a friend who constantly invites tons of people to the server, but these people aren't necessarily invited to the part, i would like to set a role that just takes away their invite permissions, without having to take everyone else's roles away as well

I would also like to have a more defined role hierarchy, think of it like a tier list, you can put more than one role on each level, and its organized in tiers, and be sub-organized by the order that they are in the tier list, (which would allow for easily ordering roles which are displayed separately) this would allow for users to have special roles for themselves, while also not having higher power than another person,
