Add a feature to change the discord tablet ui in the Appearance settings.

So I use Discord a lot. I use it mostly on my tablet so I can chat to my friends and easily switch back to watching youtube while waiting for a game and switching back to talk to my friends. Since a few months ago, Discord changed the UI for the tablet users from the perfect PC client looking ui to what the users on phones use. I didn't like this at all, I liked the previous one. So since then I have been using version 17.1 for Discord and haven't been able to use all the latest features, like the new reply system* or being able to make your servers Community servers. So I know that some people might like the old UI. And I know that some people might have liked the new UI better. So I have a solution. On the appearence settings page on the Discord menu, have a setting to change the UI back to the old version.

*unrelated, but why did discord add this feature? the quoting system was already good tbh
