Name color not bound to role

In our server we let people have any color they want for their username, therefore we have to make the color the highest role. Because of this the mods in our server (aka the role that is supposed to be the highest) cannot ban or kick people with colors that are systematically ranked higher than their own color. I believe that servers should have a setting that enables people to have their own color with out the mods being unable to ban or kick them.
