Not being able to see older messages of the server when u join
I would like to suggest that when a new member joins the server, he is not able to view older messages until he is a given a role which has the permission 'read older messages'. for an example, recently Dream (The youtuber) had its private discord link leaked which allowed new people to read his older and private chats. this feature will keep discord's old feature of seeing older messages but will increase the privacy. u can make a few changes cus people at discord are definitely smarter than me

Actually this should be possible with current permissions. You should be able to allow/forbid uers to view the history until they get a role of "approved member" or something like that? Then you can manually approve .. or use a bot to somehow automate this(say approve users that have been there for 10 minutes or 24 hours or 48 hours?)
