Bring back tab-to-scroll in Quick Switcher

Before a certain update, pressing the TAB button while in the quick-switcher moved the selection to the next entry. Now, it tabs to the link on the bottom, going to https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000070311. Please fix, this is important for accessibility and ease-of-use.
