Include Microsoft Authenticator in list of authentication apps that can be used for 2FA

Rather than only showing Google Authenticator and Authy on the setup 2FA page, let the user know that either:

 A) Any authentication app would be accepted

 B) Microsoft Authenticator can be used along with Google Authenticator and Authy

As it currently is, the panel can misguide users into believing only these two authenticators can be used for Discord. A lot of people prefer Microsoft Authenticator and other authenticators over Google's Authenticator for UI reasons, safety reasons, or simply because they'd rather not partake in using Google's monopolistic services. As for Authy, the app has a lackluster UI and feels inefficient to use.

The lack of discreet implementation of Microsoft Authenticator also makes push notifications when signing in unavailable and the accounts connected on the app do not have the Discord logo.
