I have problems with this 𐰅 thing

so i need to ID ban someone , and i want firstly to friend request them to be able to get it , but whenever i write the name and this thing 𐰅  at the end , all the code goes before 𐰅   and 𐰅   goes after the code , like this

By the way my name right now is the person i want to ban , i even tried to make it in my name so i can copypaste it but it doesn't work
