"Manage server" needs more granual permissions.

The binary "admin" role flag is severely limiting for many multi-purpose servers. Most tools check for the flag to enable access, such as various bots and their commands, but at the same time the flag can't be given out to those with admin responsibilities due to set-up of some servers, handicapping the admin capabilities. 

For example we have a discord server for our subreddit. The server has both subreddit mods and discord admins, with their respective channels for mod/admin talk, and we do not want admins to access moderation channel or mods to access admin channels since both contain private info. We have to handicap the admin role so admins can't see the mod channel because of this, limiting admin tools. Or for example some servers have secret channels for smaller groups, which admins shouldn't access either. 

Sure, you could create a new server for each purpose, but that ends up getting out of hand and goes against the point of having joint server with ranks, emotes, etc since it's for same members. It also doesn't really work for many subreddits since you want mods on main server for user contact, instead of tabbing between two servers for internal/external discussions.

This could be easily adressed by server owner being able to set admin read/write permissions per channel where necessary since.
