Making Discord more portrait friendly

Having discord on a portrait orientated monitor can make content too small or narrow to read easily. (and its just not aethseticaly pleasing to look at)
I thought a good feature to add could be to have the discord members list on the right side of the Server screen as a more compact icon list like the Servers on the opposite side. 
It could expand out over top of the channel content when you hover over it so it maintains the full functionality.
As an additional, or alternative option it would  be great to simpy have the ability to resize the width of the Members list,  Voice/Text Channels pannels
