Reaction information is lacking

Currently the information shown when you hover a reaction is subpar. Here is what i suggest:

  It's only when you hover the reaction.

   

  The entire point of hovering over the reaction is to see who used it, what's the point in having that feature if it only tells you 3 names then ignores the rest?
