Find ways to reward being offline.

I love Discord and I found that it enriches my friendships. However, I have lately found myself spending about 80% of my screen time on Discord, when I should be focusing on school work. Maybe Discord could implement some sort of points system for not touching the platform? I enjoy using Discord, but I don't want to have an unhealthy obsession with the platform.
