Problem With the app

Hello, I have problems. I click on the profile if any member or even the bot while we are calling, but does not respond and I have to click several times fast to gain access. the volume bar is also bad, if you set it to 50% it is like setting it to 0% and you can't hear it. already reinstalled, already logged off, already made the change of region and yet nothing works and there is no update. how can i solve this?
