Add a Notifications Feed please.

It's nice that we have notifications, but I feel that the current notifications system leaves very much something to be desired. When you get a notification, all you get is a little sound knowing that something happened to notify you in one of the servers you're in. I am in over a dozen server's, so I would have to go through all my servers to figure out where the notification came from, which I won't do. So the notifications are next to useless to me.

What I propose is that Discord should have a notification feed. A feed where you can see all your recent notifications, what server they came from, and if possible who posted them. This would make using Discord so much more convenient, at least for me.
