Theme maker app

I was thinking about how the bot issue got resolved by you guys allowing the discord bot maker app. I was wondering what if I designed a Theme Maker app for your approval to work in the same way. People could design different types of themes and then it would be submitted to discord for approval just like the bots. It would resolve two things at once. It would resolve the betterdiscord bs and it wouldn't allow for any security issues you guys are concerned about.
