Helo Devs!

I think it can be great feature. ADMIN can connect to # even if # is full. Example in my Discord place we have channels for 7 peoples. And now if the channels are full and ADMIN wants something from peoples inside - ADMIN need to edit channel to 8 slots and then he can access to #...

I think administrators should access to all channels (txts and voice) regardless of free or not free slots.

  Administrators bypass all permissions, and bypass slot restrictions on voice channels.
