New Discord UI constructive feedback

At best revert the entire UI update

1. remove all highlighting whenever you hover over a message
2. remove all pop-ups whenever you hover over a message - like the reactions pop-up. No ones gonna react so much to need a special pop up tab. the previous 3 dots with different options once you clicked on them were completely fine
3. the "new" tag is also totally annoying

update hurts our eyes, please revert and let it stay as it was
