Customizable Server Sounds

The members of my Discord were having a discussion about VoIPs of the past and ended up reminiscing on Raidcall, Curse Voice, Skype, etc. and we spoke on one specific VoIP program's customization. Raidcall allowed you to change your text color, the background and accent colors of the program window itself, and even the join/disconnect sounds it made.

We came to the conclusion that it would be very cool to introduce the idea of allowing us to change our notfication sounds, our join/dc sounds and other Discord sounds.

It could be made so that we can change it on a personal, client-side level, or have it as a default for the server, further pushing the customizability of the app.
