Suggestion: Global Emotes Vality Toggle

Ok. Hear me out. What if there was a global vality toggle on each emote in the Manage Server Emotes section where you could make emotes available outside of the server or only available for the source server? This option would be available for everyone who's managing emotes if the emote is a picture. If the emote is a GIF, then only users with nitro can use the emotes. And to make it fair, Twitch affiliates can use the emotes posted by them, picture or GIF, inside and outside of the server they added their emotes, without having nitro.
