Allow users to disable message highlighting

In the most recent UI update, when you hover your cursor over a message, it highlights it and shows popular emojis. This just frustrates me. Please allow us to disable this "feature."

  This is extreme annoying, indeed. I'd really, really like to be able to turn that off. The rest of the parts of the update I dislike I can get used to, but the highlighting and the recent emotes pop up put me off of Discord like no other update has, even ones that I disliked.

  I've been using Discord since 2016 never had an update that makes me feel I need to turn Discord off and stay off it. I'm only still able to function on the platform because my desktop computer hasn't been turned off for a week and Discord hasn't been updated on there.
