Add minimize option for videos or popout a window when you hover over the link

Since 2 YouTube videos now cover up the entire chat because of the size of the videos, I was thinking maybe the video can only appear if you hover over the link, or have a "popout" button like there is for the steams. Or there can just be a "minimize" button for the video, instead of just an x to close it permanently, and have it minimized by default(users choice if it is minimized by default or not)
