Server language support

I wonder if you could make Discord work in all languages, without actually translating it and adding a lot of language support features and stuff. I think very small changes can make it language friendly for most languages. I list some of them here and hope you get the overall idea.

To explain the problem. A lot of people who see english panic and don't wan't anything to do with it. But on the admin sides, it does not need to be "Norwegian", because admins are usually not that kind of people. So just preventing the wrong language appearing for guests would be enough to make them use the program. Also it's the least effort fix.

Instead of: Welcome to #channel !!
Just: #channel

Instead of: This is the start of the #channel channel
Just: #channel

Make the invite message editable

And if possible symbols over text etc..
