Feature Suggestion - Status Bar Style Pinned Notification for Channels

Hey, it would be REALLY invaluable to be able to create a "status bar" message in a channel. Pinned messages are great for handy references.

But, in this current situation with so many critical messages to share with our communities it would be really useful and effective to be able to create a message that stays visibly pinned to the top of a channel and looks like a Status Bar notification.

It would also be a very valuable feature to utilize in normal situations. For example: Topic of The Day! Let us know your favorite new indie game you are currently playing!
