Unable to stream Netflix

Whenever I try to stream Amazon Prime or Netflix, I am unable too and I am not actually sure why. I tried to get support on this issue quite a while ago as it just displays the screen as black as if it is purposely censoring it yet my friends are able to stream these services with ease and I am unable to for an unknown reason. Can I get any help because it does seem a little unfair.

  The easiest way to Stream Netflix on Discord and watch it with your friends on PC,Android and iOS in 2021 is by disabling hardware acceleration and then using the live feature on discord to stream.
