Feature request - Message ownership

Message owners are users that have the same permissions for a specific message as its author: editing and deleting without the Manage Messages permission.

This could be set using a JSON parameter in POST/PATCH requests to the message endpoint with an array of user IDs and another parameter determining whether the message should be editable or not (for bot messages).

In my opinion a feature like this would be very useful in some cases. Here are two of my examples:

• A bot making the command executor an owner of the response message so that they can delete it without the help of a moderator, for example if they used it in the wrong channel.
• A server owner allowing staff members to edit informational messages when they're offline.
