Voice over accessibility on iPhone 11
This is a very messy app. I know Apple release regulations on how to build an accessible app, and this meet some of the standards, but is very messy to navigate and a lot of the buttons do not work the way they should. As a blind user, are usually takes me about 20 minutes and a lot of swearing to find the right combination of menus to get me into one of the voice channels. Often, when I try and select the menu, I can still see the background information (such as apps) instead of the menu selection. A lot of the buttons and graphics are also labelled incorrectly, and do not work very well with voice-over.
I commend discord for their transparency in providing a notification that says that they want to monitor my diagnostics when I’m using the screen reader, that is a fantastic step forward, but it definitely needs a lot of work. Everything works in its own way, but it definitely could be more streamlined.

Well said. I would also like to add that leaving servers is practically impossible, as is accessing per server/per channel notification settings. Also, going through every server and finding every channel with mentions just to mark them all as read is really tedious, especially when you’re hit with 60 mentions like I was.
