You read the title. When you unblock someone, you have lost the ability to message them at all. This is because if you go to the "Blocked" page in the app, and you unblock their profile, they disappear from that list and you have no way to contact them whatsoever. I blocked my buddy CharlesX, who I met online, because I was mad at him for a little bit, but when I unblocked him, he disappeared forever. I miss you Charles! The last thing I ever said to him was, "Bruh ur annoying". :( Discord please fix this. Or if I'm doing something wrong please tell me. Thanks.

If you know their #, then you can add as friend. Then he will pop back. Perhaps your chat with him is buried in the Direct Messages because it has been a while.

The same thing happened to me! I had an old friend that I wanted to fix a relationship with, and so I unblocked them, but they completely disappeared. Of course I didn't know their # nor did I have my chat with them because I clean my direct messages so that it only shows group chats and people that I often message. Anyways, discord should have like a log of all the people that you have blocked, even if they are unblocked, so you can find a certain person. It made me so upset to lose that person's account, so I went searching for a way to find them. I guess there is no solution to our problem yet.

yes exactly, i just unblocked someone and i accidentally clicked away and now there profile is gone. and i cant find the name anyway. idk what to do
