Ability to Transfer Dev Team Ownership
Discord staff should be able to transfer dev team ownership if the owner gets deleted or banned or something along those lines. It would allow for bot developers to be able to continue developing bots even if the owner is gone.

This is a big issue that's overlooked because how uncommon it is. I'm currently dealing with this, the team owner's account was disabled and deleted and I'm the only other on the dev team and we have a verified bot on it. The ownership should get passed to the next admin on the team with seniority, and in the case where there's only 1 other team member then passed to them.
Our bot is in almost 2,000 servers so it's just not logical to ask all the servers to add a new bot- and it also ruins the bot creation date that's now showed on bios.1 -
my team had to end up making a new bot because discord gave us little to no information about what we needed to do or if it was possible, in fact one ticket, the only response that was ever received was 6 different times Clyde tried to auto-solve the ticket~

Yeah I've went through that experience too, where Clyde kept responding with same message and closing the ticket.
One of the first responses I had was "This is in the wrong category, and to create a new bot and ask servers tto add the new one" which it was in the correct category labeled "Developer Team Ownership" and asking close to 2,000 server owners to add the new bot is just not logical.
So I've created a new ticket, provided screenshot that it is indeed in the right category, explained that reaching out to 2,000 server owners is not a simple task, and haven't had a response in about 2 months.
I've submitted it as a bug report seeing how one can assume it should pass on ownership just like servers allow an admin to claim ownership after 30 days.
I've also created this new feedback post and shared it around to ask others to upvote/comment on it in an effort to get Discord's attention. Although I don't think they really pay attention to feedback posts, and probably use aggregated data to get a sense of what people are mentioning, which in this case even though a BIG issue is pretty uncommon.
Perhaps you'll drop an upvote and leave a comment seeing as how you've gone through this trouble as well.
