Added possibility to create mixed channel on the server.

It will be useful to have channel mixe style:

• - Voice + text
• - Voice + webcam
• - Voice + webcam + text
• - Voice + webcam + screen sharing

This type of salon is useful for several uses :

• -> Control a musical or other bot
• -> Practical at JDR
• -> Make a conference
• -> Make a meetings

  Create a category and put a channel named #text and a voice channel named "Voice". Problem Solved.
