Allow others to use Discord's status page components

Statuspage has a third-party components system where users can add components from other status page's to their own. Having the ability to add Discord's components to my bot's status page would help with automating status updates/incidents by changing it depending on the status of the API or Gateway. It may not mean anything to 99.9% of people but anyone who uses statuspage.io and relies on Discord for their applications would appreciate it :)
