automatically hide images and videos when on data

I've noticed that discord becomes a huge mobile data sinkhole when I don't manually turn the "Display images when uploaded directly to Discord" option off (especially in image-heavy channels), so I thought it would be cool if the app has a feature where it detects if the phone's not using wifi and then automatically turns off image displaying.
