Is there a way to open this link

which should open my profile, directly in the discord app

I already tried 

discord://discordapp.com/users/646791405515046952

but it just opens my friend list.

Is there some way to achieve that?

  It's probably quite easy for them to do as you can do it with message links. I wish they added something like this because it would be so useful for bots
