Storage file for pfp

Add a bigger storage file for pfp's. I really want this certain pfp for my account. I think it would help out a lot.

    There's a thing called image compression, no need for bigger upload limits.

    Not everyone knows how to compress images and compressing images ruins the detail. It would not be difficult for them to up the upload limit for profile pictures.
