Rich Presence "Playing A Game" custom title.

I'm sure many people know that rich presence is used by more than just games these days, for example this plugin for visual studio https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=VisualDevelopment.drpcvs2019 tells people what you are programming, but the title will always say "Playing A Game". This "title" is currently not customisable in the rich presence API. If we could have an enum of values or even set it to a custom string to say something like "Programming In" that would be great.
