Webhooks stop working with {"message": "Unknown Webhook Service", "code": 10016}

I'm working on building a webook to integrate with my wiki, to post some updates. I manage to post a few updates while testing, then suddenly al the posts fail with the "{"message": "Unknown Webhook Service", "code": 10016}"

Usually this happens when I'm testing things and send over a bad set of data to post. Which is fine. But then all the subsequent attempts to post fail with the above error. How do I fix that so the hook works again. Just wait (how long)?

The only workaround Ive found so far is to delete the hook and create a new one. That is not a good solution.
