Group dm advancement

pls, add a group dm bot that you can add as a group owner by right-clicking the group dm on the home list and click add a bot and it will add a bot that you can do !dashboard to get started!
it will show a lot of plugins to add

kicks warns and bans for a amount of violations
and you can set a audit log to detect
creating invites,
deleting invites
pinning messages,
unpinning messages
adding to group,
removed from group
start call,
end call

There are a few things about the post that dont make sense. Bot development isnt managed by discord. Bots are made by developers using frameworks such as discord.py or discord.js. From what I understand discord has to update their api and the framework must be updated to support that api. I may be wrong
