I'm 12 and the tos says its 13+ but if i have my parents permission will i get banned?

if u join public servers yes! but using discord as a platform for only talking o ur friends is ok but im not sure if u will get banned for that. Plus u might get banned for putting this post. I recommend using his platform only when u turn 13
