List what servers are down when outage occurs

When having the message:

(Number) server(s) is/are unavailable due to a temporary outage.

It would be nice if we could interact with the circle to view what servers are unavailable. (best action would probably be clicking) I would say having a pop up with a list of servers would be nice. This would be nice for those of us who are in a lot of Discord servers and want to know which ones are down.

  What do you think 'outage' means. The server isn't sending responses therefore Discord can't get any data from that guild.
