When i go in overlay to other channel, opens this, how i can trun off it? :

    Look at the text on the popup underneath, 'Open and don't bother me anymore'.

    But it's opens in google chrome always, i don't wanna that

    Then don't clear you cookies because it your choice is cached and when you clear your cookies, it deletes that cache in reason deleting your choice and restarting the process. Also if you want your cookies (they're automatically saved everytime you visit a website), make sure you are not on an incognito tab.
