sound not playing through both speakers on Moto g stylus

I don't know if it uses both mics but it does not use both speakers which makes it a little difficult to hear people. I've tried different settings for the sounds with no luck.

  In settings, voice & video, do you have it set on communication mode? Had this problem as well, switching it from call mode to that fixed it.

  Yes it's set to Communicate mode I have tried call mode as well. On this device there's no difference in sound between the modes or usage of hardware on this phone.
  I have literally tried every sound setting within discord to try to fix this.
