add option to use discord titlebar instead of system titlebar on linux

i use linux and my gtk theme clashes with discord's design language. i'd like to use the titlebar that discord on windows has instead, but it doesn't seem possible.

    I would like the opposite. Option to use system title bar on windows!

    Coz I can not drag already maximized window by title bar now.

    With the new theme being released yesterday, this issue is much more noticeable now, as on Linux you basically have two titlebars. The one from the system with the title and window controls, and Discord's which contain the title and inbox icon. It would be much better to move the window controls to Discord's titlebar and disable the system one with this new layout.
