Quite a shame that a companies such as discord which are worth so much and make so much money can't be bothered to actually use real people to atleast check and authenticate bans, I mean it doesn't seem that difficult and it really doesn't make sense to rely on automation when it's obviously flawed, especially seeing how there have been past false ban waves.

It's never going to happen, and it's frankly not practical to attempt to manually review over 300 million accounts, of which no doubt there are several million reported every few days.

Automation is a necessity, not merely a money saving tactic.

My account from 2016 (w. early supporter badge) got banned for a bogus reason which doesn't make any sense.

Not only for the reason of what I had supposedly done but it really wouldn't make sense for me to break the TOS with an account I value so much.

Yet the support can't be bothered actually help me with anything regarding the account/ban.
