How long does it take for a disabled account to get deleted?

So someone in a server that I'm in got their account disabled on the 11th. I read that it's supposed to take 14 days for an account to get deleted after getting disabled, but it's still up. Was this changed or something? Is the ban just temporary? If so, how long does a temporary ban usually last? Thanks.

    Account deletion will take effect in about 14 days so long as you stay logged out of the account.

    Without more information there's no much anyone here can do, though there are several possibilities. Either the person who owns the account is actively communicating with discord in an attempt to enable it again (this can happen if for example discord suddenly demands out of the blue that you verify via phone, which it often does) or discord itself is still investigating the account, or the person is simply lying about the account being disabled.
