New Card Payment Extensions

In the situation that a user's card is stolen or destroyed in someway unrelated to discord and their billing cycle should come and the grace period is to pass before they recieve their new card they should be able to recieve a spare 5-7 days grace to recieve their new card ontop of the 3 day grace period so that they may not lose their nitro streak.
